Belgium rocks again. Vinckier takes the Medium Tour Final

This is a succesful August for Belgian riders in the Czech Republic. Jan Vinckier with Lord added another win with the only clear round in the Medium Tour Final. German riders Jörne Sprehe and Marvin Jüngel were second and third.
