Czech rider Viktor Skutecký wins the Small Tour

Viktor Skutecký on Jolly Joker added another Czech win on Friday. He was the fastest from the thirteen clear riders in the Small Tour competition (125 cm). Sara Cigic from Croatia was second, the third place goes to Bulgarian rider Ruslan Petkov.
